It has the characteristics of high dynamic response speed, high stability precision and multi-channel flexible configuration which also supports pulse test, cycle life test and simulation test. The system has the function of multi-channel input and energy recovery, which can save a lot of electric energy consumed in the process of charging and discharging. Using bidirectional high-frequency DC converter topology and high-performance multi-channel 24 bit AD converter chip, the sampling resolution is higher than that of traditional single range equipment.

Simulation
Support DBC files import/ edit/ export. Different battery pack protocols just needs modifying DBC protocol file's code without upgrade the program, so that it can realize communication. The system is flexible and practical.
Forced battery pack discharge to 0V. It is suitable for various safety tests, destructive tests and other tests of the battery pack.
The constant current and constant voltage are integrated into a work step. After the constant current charged / discharged to the specified voltage, it is seamlessly switched to the constant voltage mode to supply the power of the battery pack. The switching process is smooth without spikes.
Pulse test supports setting a minimum pulse width of 100ms, which can verify the performance of the battery pack under current and power changing rapidly.
Support simulation test. Simulate the actual battery pack testing environment to verify the battery pack performance under real using. It supports loading maximum 100W rows of changing data.
